Annual Dues

The University Square Homeowners’ Association (USHA) annual dues are $454.00 for 2025/2026.

There are two payment options:

1. One payment of $454.00 due by October 1st for the payment year (Jan 1st – Dec 31st). or
2. Two payments of $227.00 due by October 1st and by April 1st for the payment year (Jan 1st – Dec 31st).
3. Payable by U.S. Mail to; University Square HOA, P.O. Box 16, Fairfax Va 22038-0016

These annual dues are to pay for trash collection (>90% of budget), insurance fees for Board Members & the common property, seasonal grass mowing service and other miscellaneous fees.
