Yard Waste Pickup

  • Collected every Wednesday from April 1 to December 31 – Yard Waste needs to be at the curb by 6 am.
  • Yard waste MUST be in paper bags. Plastic bags will NOT be picked up.
  • Due to ongoing labor shortages, you may be experiencing delays in the collection of yard waste. As a temporary measure to address this issue, residents who have small amounts of yard waste should place it in the container with their trash as space allows. Yard waste that does not fit in with trash should be set out separately. Yard waste may not be collected on regular collection days, so residents are asked to leave their bagged yard waste at the curb until it is collected.
  • No Pickup – Christmas (December 25th) and New Years day (January 1st).
  • The woody part of yard debris such as bushes and small tree limbs should be collected separately and cut in 4 foot lengths (no more than 6 inches in diameter), tied and bundled in arm size bundles. The trash service will not collect large tree stumps (diameter greater than 6 in.) or containers/bundles weighing more than 50 lbs or longer that 6 ft.
  • Leaves must be in paper bags.
  • Christmas Trees will be collected at the curb for recycling on the first two Wednesdays in January. Please remove all tinsel and do not use tree bags.
