- In person at the Special Meeting on Thursday, 19 February 2026 or
- Complete and mail the USHA Ballot/Proxy Form (hand delivered to each home) to USHA, PO Box 16, Fairfax, VA 22038-0016. Mailed forms must be postmarked on or before 14 February 2026, or
- Complete and deliver the USHA Ballot/Proxy Form to the yellow USHA Ballot/Proxy Drop Box located at 10810 Verde Vista Drive on or before Wednesday, 18 February, 2026
